Marc Mintel	1d074ba6d2	fix(infra): split PathPrefix into single-arg calls for Traefik v3 ... Traefik v3 only accepts one argument per PathPrefix. All Traefik routers were defaulting to entrypoints=web with tls=false, making the app unreachable over HTTPS.
