Dieser PR fügt den vikunja-mcp Server hinzu:

• Basiert auf @modelcontextprotocol/sdk.
• Erlaubt das Auslesen und Erstellen von Projekten und Tasks in Vikunja via Antigravity.
• Integriert in die bestehende docker-compose.mcps.yml Landschaft.
