perf: eliminate global JS bloat and defer autoPlay video
- Dynamically imported ToolCoordinator dependencies
- Removes ~400KB from global layout (html2canvas, framer-motion)
- Implemented IntersectionObserver in VideoSection
- Prevents 1.8MB .webm autoPlay blocking initial network
