- Replaced buggy RGB PDF backgrounds with exact Ghostscript outlining
- Generated front/back dual pages natively in React-PDF
- Applied high-end minimalist design standards to QR codes (no frames)
- Established Ghostscript pipeline for reliable font-to-path generation
- Added White variant generation process
